Appointed as marketing chief
UK milking and cooling specialists Fullwood Limited has appointed David O'Hare as its sales and marketing director.
David is responsible for promoting sales of all the company's products which include leading-edge milking parlours and fully-automated robotic units for the worldwide market.
David, who moved to Burlton, near Shrewsbury, five years ago, gained his B.agr.Sc Degree in Animal and Crop Production from University College Dublin.
For the past seven years he has been sales director and general manager of the UK operation of a group of companies, manufacturing and recycling plastic products for agriculture and other industries.
Prior to that he held UK sales management roles with two overseas companies supplying equipment to the arable sector.
Commenting on the appointment, Fullwood's chief executive Peter Lancaster said: "We are delighted to welcome David to our team.
"Fullwood is currently experiencing strong sales growth in a number of areas around the world, while in others, milk producers are facing an uncertain future. With his proven track record and extensive agricultural experience, David is ideally suited to meet those challenges and to increase our global sales."
