A 43-acre block of versatile arable and pastureland and a range of farm buildings near Shrewsbury are to be sold by public auction this month.
Auctioneers Halls are selling the property at The Woodlands, Cruckton on behalf of Mrs May Roberts as they are now surplus to her requirements.
The auction will be held at Halls' headquarters, the Welsh Bridge, Shrewsbury on Monday, April 16 at 6pm.
The land is divided into convenient, well-fenced enclosures, which have a piped mains water supply and is capable of growing arable crops or grass.
Used for grazing livestock up until the autumn of 2005, the land is currently down to winter wheat.
Adjacent to the land are a five-bay barn, an eight-bay former cubicle building which is now used as a loose housing shed, a three-bay cattle shed and a collecting yard.
