North Shropshire man to face trial over 'causing unnecessary suffering' to cow
A man is set to face trial over an accusation he caused unnecessary suffering to an animal.
Ian Powell, 62, of School Lane, Lower Heath, Prees, appeared at Telford Magistrates Court where he pleaded not guilty to one charge.
Powell denied one count of causing unnecessary suffering to a protected animal, namely domestic cattle, on June 6, 2025, at Shrewsbury.
