Shrewsbury man, 39, caught with cocaine is ordered to pay more than £1,000 to the courts
A man who was caught in possession of cocaine has been handed a four-figure legal bill.
Stephen Oliver, aged 39, was caught with a quantity of the class A drug in Shrewsbury on October 25 this year.
