Dad-of-six motorist, 37, avoids road ban for failing to give blood sample to police in Telford
A motorist who failed to provide a blood sample to police when suspected of an offence has avoided a road ban.
Father-of-six Dean Stewart, aged 37, was asked by officers to give a sample in Telford on June 22 this year, but he failed to do so.
