Telford drink driver, 48, who was three times the limit gets long road ban and expensive legal bill

A drink driver who was more than triple the limit when he was caught has been handed a long road ban and costly legal bill.

Ruslan Vysocki, aged 48, was caught driving a Renault Megane in Withywood, Malinslee, Telford on September 16 last year.

A breath test found he had 114 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit in England and Wales is 35mcg.
