Telford motorist, 37, handed long road ban for failing to give breath sample to police
A motorist who failed to give a breath sample to police has been given a long road ban.
Krzysztof Ruta, aged 37, was asked by officers to provide a sample in Telford on October 5 this year, however, he failed to do so.
