BMW driver who was twice the drink drive limit in Whitchurch town centre gets road ban
A BMW driver who was more than twice the limit when caught on a town centre high street has been banned from the road and ordered to pay nearly £1,400.
Pavan Dadhria, aged 34, drove a BMW 8 Series in High Street, Whitchurch on May 25 this year.
A breath test found that Dadhria had 78 micrograms of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The legal limit in England and Wales is 35mcg.
