Man, 40, denies robbing till from McDonald's in Shrewsbury
A man has denied robbing a till from a McDonald’s in Shrewsbury.
Wayne Smitherman, aged 40, is accused of stealing the cash register from the fast food giant’s drive-thru restaurant at Meole Brace Retail Park on August 18 this year.
Smitherman, of Wedgewood Crescent, Shrewsbury, pleaded not guilty to robbery when he appeared at Shrewsbury Crown Court today (Wednesday, September 24).
