Man accused of outraging public decency outside Oswestry school faces crown court trial
A 67-year-old man faces a crown court trial on a charge of outraging public decency outside a school in Oswestry.
David Spratt, of Windsor Drive, Bromley, London, appeared to face four charges at Telford Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Spratt is charged with one count of outraging public decency outside a school on November 1, 2020.
