Range Rover driver with needle phobia banned after failing to provide blood specimen
A suspected drug-driver who said he failed to provide a blood specimen because he has a phobia of needles has been banned from the road.

David Lee Denham was charged with failing to provide a specimen when he appeared at Llandrindod Wells Magistrates Court previously.
The 45-year-old of Mill View Close, Howey, had pleaded not guilty.
