Ludlow car dealer ordered to pay more than £1,000 after failing to identify driver in motoring offence
A used car dealership has received a hefty fine after failing to tell police who was driving when an alleged offence was committed in one of its vehicles.

Morris Autos Ltd, based in Lower Galdeford, Ludlow, was accused of failing to identify the driver of a 2007 Nissan who was suspected of committing a motoring offence on March 4 this year.
