Woman admits being four times the drink drive limit in 'unbelievable' incident
A woman who was caught more than four times the drink drive limit has appeared in court.
Catherine Devey appeared at Kidderminster Magistrates Court on Monday after being arrested at around 7am the day before in an incident police described as "unbelievable".
