Man fined for being drunk and disorderly outside Powys pub
A man has been fined for behaving in a drunk and disorderly manner outside a pub.

Androl Dean, aged 32, was arrested for his behaviour outside the Abermule Inn in Abermule, Powys, on February 4 this year.
Dean, of Long Meadow, Abermule, pleaded guilty at Welshpool Magistrates Court to drunk and disorderly behaviour.
He was fined £233. Dean was also ordered by magistrates to pay £85 in court costs.
