A company called TONIC Engage is conducting research and a survey will run until Monday, January 24.
The survey forms part of a mental health healthcare needs assessment but the 10 minute survey is voluntary and would-be participants are advised that they can drop out at any time or skip any questions.
Answers will be analysed and written into a report to provide recommendations about improving services in the future.
