Breath test failures
Almost 250 drivers, 87 in Shropshire, failed breath tests in the run up to Christmas.

West Mercia police said that in the first fortnight of the Drink and Drug Drive campaign 246 people failed tests.
The numbers broke down to 87 in Shropshire, 118 in Worcestershire and 41 in Hereford.
Chief Superintendent Kevin Purcell, said that Christmas Eve marked week three in the West Mercia campaign and called the results unbelievable.
"A staggering 246 people failed tests and are heading for court," he said.
