Four-figure fine and road ban for Shrewsbury motorist who failed to give breath sample to police
A motorist who failed to give a breath sample to police has been handed a four-figure fine and a road ban.
Gudakawashe Munyira, aged 41, was asked to provide a sample in Shrewsbury on October 4 this year. However, he failed to do so.
