Thief stole man's bank card and was caught with knife in Shrewsbury
A thief stole a man’s bank card and was caught in possession of a knife in public.
David Pope, aged 46, stole his victim’s HSBC bank card in Shrewsbury on May 10 last year, and used it to buy £34 worth of goods on the same day.
He was caught with the knife in Welshpool Road, Shrewsbury a few weeks later on June 7.
