Large legal bill for Welshpool man, 55, who assaulted woman at seaside amusements
A man in his 50s who assaulted a woman at a seaside amusement park has been ordered to pay nearly £800.
Colin Morgan, of Haven Court, Welshpool, Powys, assaulted the victim at the Royal Pier in Aberystwyth on July 13 last year.
The 55-year-old also resisted arrest from a policeman on the same day.
