Daniel Burns, aged 46, was first caught driving a Volkswagen Golf at the Wrekin Retail Park, near Wellington, on May 3 this year.

Tests found he had 32 micrograms of cocaine and 800mcg of benzoylecgonine - a by-product of cocaine - per litre of blood in his system. The legal limit for the former, taking into account the possibility of accidental exposure, is 10mcg. The limit for benzoylecgonine is 50mcg.
