Shropshire Star readers have been voting in our online poll, following news that Shropshire Council could become a "non-constituent member" of the regional organisation.
Yesterday it was revealed that the council had been told it should approve plans to apply to join Telford & Wrekin along with authorities such as Wolverhampton and Birmingham as part of the combined authority.
A decision will be made by the authority's cabinet on Wednesday.
