Dozens of jobs for Telford after new HQ plans for contractor
Dozens of jobs could be created in Telford after a building contractor in the town submitted plans to build a new headquarters.

Westdale Building Services has submitted plans to Telford & Wrekin Council which could see the company build six office and warehouse units behind the new Fallow Field pub, in Hadley Park.
The company plans to move into two of the units, safeguarding 20 jobs and creating 25 more in the next few months.
And it will build another four office and warehouse units which will be available to other occupiers, which could bring further employment to the development site in the north of Telford.
In total, the insulation and rendering company estimates that the four-acre site could be home to around 100 workers.
"We've experienced high growth during our time in Telford," said divisional manager Adrian Bishop.
"As such, the decision has been reached to create purpose-built office and warehouse accommodation that will also allow for the provision of training space, as well as allowing the company to diversify into the provision of additional services, as well as other more conventional refurbishment products such as kitchens and bathrooms for registered social landlords."
The Doncaster-headquartered company turns over £14 million a year, and has experienced high growth lately thanks to demand for better insulated homes.
Its West Midlands division has its headquarters in Telford, but is currently split between two sites on the Hortonwood Industrial Estate which would be brought together on a single site should the development go ahead.
Westdale is in the process of buying the site, which has already been earmarked for commercial development, and the development would end its dependence on leased properties.
The company provides of external wall insulation and render, while in other parts of the country it also develops new build homes and industrial buildings.
