£12? That'll do nicely - Shropshire Bargain Hunt pair look on bright side
Bargain Hunt fans Sarah and Ed Bright managed to achieve a rare profit when they appeared on the show. Their £12 was barely enough to buy a round of drinks – but the couple said their TV experience was priceless.

Dance teacher Sarah and landscape gardener Ed were invited to appear on the show earlier last year. The couple chose their three items – a silver belt buckle, Lloyd Loom chairs and Bretby storage jars – at an antiques fair at Oswestry Showground in June.
They then went to Malvern for the auction, where they lost to a couple who made a mighty profit of £182. The programme was shown on Friday and Sarah, 36, said she and her husband, 41, of Montford, near Shrewsbury, thoroughly enjoyed their experience.
"Obviously we cringed a bit watching ourselves back but I thought we came across pretty well which is the main thing," she said. "It was good fun and we had never been on TV before."
The programme features the red team taking on the blue team in a bargain hunt, where they have £300 and one hour at a fair to buy antiques which they have to sell at auction.
The teams are aided by presenter Tim Wonnacott with the help of two trusty antiques experts.
Sarah said: "In June we went to Oswestry Showground where we went around and picked three bargains with our expert, Christina Trevanion. Our Lloyd Loom chairs made us a profit of about £30 but we didn't do so well on the others."
She added: "We got to keep our red fleeces, so we did win really."
