Telford arson probe as cars catch fire

A car was destroyed and another was damaged in a suspected arson attack in Telford.

A resident in Ash Lea Drive, Donnington, raised the alarm around 11pm after hearing a loud bang and seeing a car on fire.

Police and firefighters found a Volkswagen Scirocco ablaze in a communal parking area.

A car parked next to the Volkswagen was damaged by spreading flames.
