Cable fault cuts power in Telford

Residents were left without power for at least two hours after an cable fault in part of Telford.

A number of properties in Shawbirch, Admaston, Wellington and Stirchley are believed to have been affected last night.

The power cut is believed to have started about 7.20pm with some people getting supplies back about 9.20pm.

A resident in Shawbirch, who was affected, said: "It was very frustrating. It's about the fifth power cut I have had this year."
