More than 25,000 passengers have booked seats for festive trains on a Shropshire-based heritage railway.
The first of a three-week-long series of seasonal services sets off on Saturday from Severn Valley Railway's Kidderminster station to Santa's grotto at Arley.
Besides the confirmed Santa special bookings, almost another 5,000 trippers are expected to enjoy the service on the Bridgnorth-based steam railway.
Almost 90 Santa trains will be laid on during December. Visitors can buy tickets on the day this weekend for afternoon trips, but all other trips are booked up.
