One afternoon I went to Wem and was looking around the shops, and went into a book shop.
A lady said "Can I help you?" to which I replied, "Can I have a look around?" she replied "Oh, we don't do shop sales - only on the internet".
I found that silly as that meant I would have to go to a nearby library in order to see what they had, rather then see with my own eyes - not everyone judges a book by its cover, they want to see what it's like.
Anyway, it is their loss as they are losing potential customers, not everyone has the internet.
