And there we have it. All the howling and protesting that we did about unchecked asylum seekers flooding into the UK a decade ago, which the Government pooh-poohed and derided as racist alarmism, is now validated.

It will, by the Government's own admission, take fifteen years to defeat the vipers in our midst.

Complacent political arrogance allowed these evil people to infiltrate the genuinely oppressed who deserved our care.

They didn't need safe shelter, instead, men like the imprisoned hate preacher Abu Hamza came to exploit our benevolent democracy.

With the late Robin Cook and his ilk championing a "community of communities" they were actively encouraged to keep their own culture, traditions and languages.

Now, they seek to repay us by plotting and promoting slaughter and insurrection.

It was previously suggested by "Old Labour" that Britain could not embrace a national identity without descending into fascism.

Instead, we had multi-culturalism thrust upon us and it is now revealed to have delivered exactly the same sort of social fractures, tribalism and violent anarchy which suffocates progress in the Middle East and Africa.

Maybe now, we can start to applaud national unity and recover our identity, but it will be ten years too late for the past and future victims of our enemies and not enough to remove the ghettos that were created.
