Inn closure a huge loss

Whilst I totally sympathise with the residents of Welshampton regarding the closure of the Sun Inn, as a regular of the Sun I feel it was a pity that it was not better supported when it was open.

The licensees and staff worked very hard to develop the business and were always willing to support local organisations, via prizes or free lunches for fundraising.

The closure is a very sad loss to all, not only to Welshampton, but to all the surrounding villages.
