Come see what we deal with
I was rather amazed to see that Shaun Davies's letter was Letter of the Week. The young people he refers to have made our lives a misery in Horsehay, Telford, due to their anti-social behaviour.

The placing of a shelter on a children's playground in Spring Village caused so much hassle for residents that it had to be removed after we bombarded the parish council meeting with our complaints.
We have had to endure noisy behaviour, screaming and shouting, under age drinking (and other under age activities).
The village and the playground are littered with empty cans, broken spirit bottles and chip papers after their regular Saturday night gatherings.
The police have had to be called on several occasions so as to move on at least 30 teenagers who think it is acceptable to congregate on this playground even though the shelter has now been removed.
Where are the parents of these teenagers and who sells them the alcohol?
I am not averse to youngsters enjoying themselves, but all they seem to want to do is cause trouble.
So, Shaun Davies, don't talk to me about "not in my backyard".
You should come and see for yourself and see what we residents have to tolerate on a regular basis.
