Reviews must be consistent

I enjoy reading your restaurant reviews on Saturdays, but I think you need more consistency.

On December 2, there was a very positive review and a much more mixed one with some very negative comments - both got three stars.

More seriously, I think your reviewers should be more cautious with their negative comments. They can have a serious effect on someone's livelihood. To state that "the sauerkraut tasted as bad as it sounds" is ridiculous. I strongly suspect this person has never eaten sauerkraut and has no idea what it is supposed to taste like.

Your reviewers have considerable power to damage someone's business and should be more considered in their remarks.
