Ban idiots who phone and drive

Once again a young girl is killed by a stupid motorist using his mobile phone while driving. When are these morons going to realise that their stupid acts cost the lives of innocent people?

I see now, only too often, drivers using hand-held mobile phones while driving.

Only the other day I followed a woman using her mobile - weaving about in the road doing about 30mph - and when I managed to get past her I blew my horn - pointing at her, indicating the phone. All I got was a finger in the air and she just carried on.

What the courts should hand out is a maximum fine, say £500, and ban the idiots for six months. I wonder if any of them who have small children or families, would still use these mobile phones while driving if it happened to them.

Wise up, drivers! Stop and think! Your child could be next, God forbid.

Nevertheless, you will always have idiots with no brains flouting the law and killing innocent people.
