The residents of Mill Road have recently launched a very effective, and active, online communication system and we are watching, photographingÊand recording all vehicles using Mill Road for purposes other than accessing or visiting.
We enjoy making records so much that soon we will be able to accurately prove which parties are in breach, of this sign and we will thenÊpresent our findings to the requisite authorities.
