Take every Rottweiler dog out of equation
The "reputable" Shropshire breeder of Rottweilers, says it all. "When you have got two Rottweilers and a baby, and the baby starts squealing, that will wind the dog up". I'm afraid that such an admission, by somebody who is familiar with these dogs, should put an end to the controversy.
Put them all down.
If the two dogs she speaks of started attacking the baby, there would be little the owner could do to stop them ripping the youngster apart, unless she has a gun.
It's too late when the baby is dead. One more dead child is one too many to risk such terribly strong dogs being permitted in the same environment as defenceless youngsters.
Hand grenades and automatic guns are banned because the danger is that some irresponsible person will misuse them, so let's take these killer dogs out of the equation, whatever animal lovers say.
Personally I would far sooner see all dogs banned than one more child die unnecessarily.
