New Bill needed to stop abuse
The deliberate abuse and neglect of our fellow creatures is something I will never understand. Everyday we read about deliberate acts of cruelty in the media. Many people seem to get away with their crimes, with minimal fines and short bans on owning other animals.

Surely, it is about time the Government took action to pass the new animal welfare bill, which seems to have been promised for so long and which will deter animal abusers by strengthening penalties and eliminating loopholes in our current system.
