No wonder people don't work
It was stated recently that the radical Muslim extremist Abu Izzadeen, who verbally attacked Home Secretary Dr John Reid, is a former electrician who now lives with his wife and three children in a council house.
He receives benefits of £176-a-week, he is paid £56-per-week jobseeker's allowance despite refusing to work, £80.32 housing benefit and £39.80 child benefit.
His £100-a-month council tax is also paid and he has the cheek to shout at Dr Reid, "don't come here bossing us around".
Is it any wonder we have so many unemployed here? What's the point of working when you can live off the backs of those who do?
The welfare state has created a class of millions of ungrateful scroungers.
Frank Field was given the job of reforming it and when he came up with a radical solution he got the sack.
He should have become Prime Minister. We would be much better off by now.
