Disloyalty to Blair is damaging
It does not endear me to the Labour Party to see the Prime Minister's cowardly colleagues back stabbing him; the Prime Minister has the look of a wounded man and it is never good to see that in anyone's eyes.
The party hyenas appear to be only looking after their own political interests, and do not seem to care about the effect their disloyalty is having on the country.
Mr Brown is not doing his own standing any good. If he has waited in the wings for the top job so long, he can wait for a few months more.
The Labour Party will put paid to their chances at the next election if they are not careful.
The Tories have been in the wilderness in the latter years after they did similarly to Mrs Thatcher.
