Cheswardine Parish Hall Board of Management will be hosting the annual family fun day and dog show at the parish hall and playing fields adjacent, near Market Drayton, from 1pm on September 3.

The event will include a car boot sale, charity stalls, a bouncy castle, a book fair, children's games, and a craft fair.

Last year hundreds of people turned out to see owners show off their pooches.

The annual event raised funds for Cheswardine Parish Hall.

The overall prize for the best dog in the show was won by Beagle Tilly, owned by Leonie Morphett from Woodseaves.
