Defender Shane Killock today spoke of his delight at extending his loan with AFC Telford United for another month.
The young centre-back has agreed to a second month with the Bucks, having impressed since first joining from Blue Square Premier leaders Oxford United.
Killock, who also revealed he rejected interest from Alfreton to join Telford, is now hoping to gain more experience and help his temporary club up the Blue Square North table.
"I'm playing in games and enjoying it here," said Killock, who was expected to be selected for this afternoon's FA Cup second qualifying round clash against Pegasus Juniors.
"They're a great set of lads and I've been playing first team football, which was the reason for coming out on loan, so I want it to continue.
"I've had a couple of calls from Oxford telling me that I've been doing okay which is good, because you want to impress your new club but also your parent club as well.
"I'm here for another month and I don't want to plan any further than that. We'll just see how it goes."
Meanwhile, boss Rob Smith has spoken of his shock and disappointment at the news that Telford's league rivals Hyde United have been wound up in the High Court.
Hyde are hoping to contest the decision, which has been made in the wake of unpaid debts to HM Revenue and Customs.
"It's really sad," said Smith. "They're a great club. I get on with their manager (Neil Tolson) and all the people up there.
"I'm hoping they can win their appeal and get out of it, but it shows the realities of non-League football.
"There's other clubs like Farsley, Stafford, Redditch and none of them are out of the woods yet."
