Liverpool boss Benitez famously went 99 matches without fielding an unchanged line-up.
And, while that is unlikely to ever happen at the New Bucks Head - indeed they named the same 16 for the first three games this season - Chambers insists they will continue to ring the changes in a bid to keep everyone involved.
"It was a gamble, but we've got a lot of time for both Indy Khela and Teesdale and they probably deserved the shirts," he said.
"That's no reflection on the performances of Jimmy and Rob Pacey, but we have a squad of players and we have to keep them involved.
"We didn't drop Jimmy or Rob, we just made changes to freshen things up as the lads had a tough game on Saturday (a 2-1 win at Blyth Spartans). We thought it was an ideal opportunity.
"If we're going to do well this year then we're going to need to utilise all the squad."
Chambers was delighted by the way his side controlled the Blue Square North game at the New Bucks Head last night.
Simon Forsdick and Matty Lewis were on target in the first half with Carl Rodgers adding a third after the break, and the No 2 felt they had scored at important times.
"It was probably more comfortable than we thought it would be," added Chambers.
