Overturned caravan in M54 drama

Police were called to the M54 today after a caravan overturned on a slip road.

The accident happened just after noon on a slip road at Junction 5, for Telford town centre.

The caravan, which was being pulled by a red Land Rover Discovery, twisted round and ended up facing in the direction of oncoming traffic.

Officers from Telford police were called to the scene and cordoned off the area. No-one is believed to have been injured in the incident.
