Mixed results for Telford Tigers
Telford Tigers suffered a mixed bag in the English Premier Ice Hockey League with a defeat at the hands of Guildford Flames followed by a victory over Manchester Phoenix.

Flames ran into an unassailable 3-0 lead at Telford Ice Rink, eventually running out 6-2 winners on Saturday. Josh Bruce and Marek Mikosuvic netted for Tigers.
But Tigers bounced back to win 5-4 after penalties in Manchester yesterday.
Mikosuvic gave Tigers the lead. Phoenix equalised before Callum Bowley restored Tigers' lead. The home side then went 4-2 up, before a game-changer.
After a Phoenix score was disallowed, Tigers scored through Adam Taylor, before Nathan Salem's equaliser.
