The midfielder is 48 hours from the biggest game of his life, as he bids to line up in the crunch clash against England in Lens.

But Edwards, who started for Wales in the victory over Slovakia on Saturday, recovered with the help of a cryotherapy chamber to re-energise his muscles.

The 30-year-old tweeted the picture from Wales' training base in Brittany, where he was blasted with cold air at an incredible minus 132C.

And he added: "It's freezing cold here in Dinard today – literally!"
