Telford's New Bucks Head stadium will host England's U19s' final game of the year (7.30pm) in front of an expected crowd of about 2,500 people.

It will be the first time that an international team has played at Telford since an U16s Victory Shield fixture in 2007.

Sinton, a former England international at youth and senior level, said it would be a proud occasion for the club to host another youth international.

And he hopes the youngsters involved tonight will cherish their opportunity to perform on the international stage.

"It's great for the club to have the game here and it is fantatsic for those boys," said Sinton.

"They are representing their country and hopefully those 19-20 boys and their coaches will puff their chests out and really feel priviliged to to be doing so."

England U19s finished top of their Euro qualifying group in September to progress to the Elite Qualifying Round next spring.

Fans still have time to snap up the last remaining tickets for the game tonight which are priced at £3 for adults and £1 for concessions and children.

Seated tickets for the match have sold out but a few standing tickets remain in the David Hutchison Stand.

Tickets will be available until 4pm today and no tickets will be sold after this time.
