Nuneaton 3 AFC Telford 1 - match report and pictures
[gallery] A long range thunderbolt by Adam Walker, a James Armson penalty and a late strike by former Bucks striker Andy Brown condemned Telford to their second defeat of the season away at Nuneaton.
Telford, who lost Luke Hubbins in the warm-up due to a hamstring strain, fell behind from Walker's 25-yard curler 12 minutes in.
And only an excellent reflex save by Ryan Young denied Brown from close range shortly afterwards.
Brown had the ball in the net after Steven O'Halloran's long range drive had been parried by Young on the half hour only to be denied by the linesman's flag.
But Nathan Rooney drew Telford level seven minutes before the break after Ben McNamara had up-ended Steve Jones inside the box.
It was a moment of good fortune for Telford, who had been out-gunned in the opening 45 minutes.
But Armson netted from the spot with 16 minutes remaining after Walker was brought down by Ryan Valentine.
And Brown completed the scoring three minutes from time, looping a first-time shot over Young inside the box.
