Fast movers shine at running club awards

Ninety people from the club attended a night comprising a buffet followed by the prize giving, raffle and entertainment, writes Tim Beckett.

The prizes included fastest times over selected race distances, most improved runners, captain's trophy and female and male runner of the year.

There were also prizes for the Grand Prix series where runners had a league table of selected races.
