Telford today said farewell to defender Netan Sansara who has left the club without making a first team appearance.
The 25-year-old former Walsall full back has opted to leave in pursuit of first team football and reports are linking him with a move to Telford's Blue Square Bet North rivals Corby Town.
Bucks coach John Psaras confirmed Sansara had left the New Bucks Head.
"Netan has chosen to move on," he said. "I don't know if he has signed for anybody else yet but he has left us.
"It has been unfortunate for Netan because he has Sean Newton in an immediate position ahead of him and Sean has done very well.
"He seems to have bonded now with Greg Mills as well so we have a strong left hand side.
"And the rest of the back four has been very miserly so it's a credit to how well they've done that a player if Netan's calibre has come to the club but can't get a game.
"We have been very strong defensively and it is not an area of the side we have looked to change. Liam Murray lost his place because he got a one-match ban and Stuart Whitehead came in and has done really well. So Netan has perhaps been a bit unlucky."
And Psaras defended the decision to sign Sansara, who didn't even make a matchday squad during his period with the Bucks.
Psaras added: "When we signed Netan we weren't looking for a left back because we have good cover in that position but we are always looking to improve and when a player of his quality comes along we have to have a look at him.
"He had been up at Derby and Dundee and Grimsby band was looking to play at the highest level possible. He exhausted those opportunities and we said we'd have a look at him.
"Unfortunately it hasn't worked out but maybe his arrival has led to the rest of the defence playing so well because it has kept everyone on their toes."
