A Shrewsbury school is celebrating its first ever triumph in the history of the Shropshire Schools Cross-Country Championships.
Ben Ashcroft gave The Grange plenty to cheer by winning the junior boys race in the annual event at Oswestry School.
Ben crossed the line in 12mins 47secs to finish 14 seconds clear of Church Stretton's George Speakman.
And, what's more, his victory came in the biggest race of the day with 53 finishers.
