Snapchat adds new Multi Snap to help users better capture moments on video
Multi Snap and Tint Brush are two new features added to the photo and video sharing app.

Snapchat has announced a new Multi Snap feature designed to bring more flexibility to videos added to Stories and shared with friends.
The social media app had announced the introduction of Multi Snap, which enables Android and iOS users to record up to six consecutive 10-second clips by continuing to press the capture button.

Any unnecessary Snaps at the end of recording can also be quickly deleted by dragging and dropping them onto the Trash icon.
As well as the added video capturing flexibility, Snapchat also introduced a new colour tool called Tint Brush.
Found under the editing tools, the new feature enables users to highlight any object or part of an image and change the colour or tint of that item.

The app – which went public on the US stock market earlier this year – sees around three billion Snaps created every day by a userbase of over 160 million.
However, Snapchat has come under increasing pressure over the last year from Facebook and its family of social apps – in particular Instagram.
The photo and video sharing app has introduced its own take on Stories – similar to Snapchat – and has already gained more than 200 million users of the feature, exceeding Snapchat’s own user numbers in the process.
