Plans for 90 new homes at Albrighton go to council
Plans for 90 new homes at Albrighton have been submitted to Shropshire Council.
Boningdale Homes has applied for outline planning permission for up to 90 dwellings, to include access and layout on land east Of Shaw Lane.
The homes would form phase four of the Millfields Development off Kingswood Road.
In its design statement the developers say: "The vision is to create a residential development of high quality and sustainable living environment for future residents whilst improving the character of the site area and its surroundings.
"The proximity of the site to public transport facilities and the town centre presents the opportunity to deliver a highly desirable development."
